We’ve been vacationing at Gulfside Villas #9 since the summer of 2022, and every time we leave, we’re already counting down the days until we can come back! It truly has become our home away from home and a special place where we’ve made so many wonderful memories. The location is absolutely perfect! We love being just a short stroll from the beach, with so many fantastic restaurants and things to do nearby. And the beach itself? Pure paradise. It’s the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, listen to the waves, and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets! The villa is comfortable and welcoming, with cozy rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and everything you need to make your stay feel like home. We especially appreciate all of the beach supplies available on the bottom level, such a thoughtful touch, especially when you inevitably forget something! We absolutely love Gulfside Villas #9 and couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else. We’re already looking forward to our next visit, another beautiful sunset, and making even more memories in our favorite home away from home!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that this condo has been exceptionally well cared for. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location is fantastic—right on the beach, making it easy to enjoy beautiful sunsets, relaxing walks along the shore, and everything Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The condo was comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully stocked, making our stay completely stress-free. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing beach getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. We are an elderly couple from Pennsylvania who have vacationed at the condo 8 times. The condo is a two-bedroom that accommodates four people very comfortably. All appliances work as they should as does the AC. The décor is somewhat “Tommy Bahama” ish ….if that makes sense. The balcony is rather small but we enjoy having our morning coffee and evening cocktails there. I believe the fact that we have returned 8 times says it all. Danny is a wonderful landlord and is very receptive to our needs and/or requests. However, the primary factor for our choosing the condo is the location, location, location. The condo is beachfront and it takes about 100 steps to the reach the sand. The complex is gated and our car is under roof. Shopping and many restaurants are close by. It is a well-lit safe area and the permanent residents are all quite friendly. Since we are elderly, our only issue is that there are steps up to the living area and steps up to the bedrooms making it somewhat difficult for us. Otherwise, it’s a great condo.
